Export all PandaDoc documents with one click

Now you can download all or selected PandaDoc documents and folders with one click.

The bulk download feature is a quick and easy way to back up your documents to other systems or to create offline archives. You can now also share multiple documents within your organization, with the legal or finance departments for instance, by sending them a link to the zip file.

You’ll receive an email with a link to the zip file containing PDF copies of your documents. If the documents have been signed, the eSignature certificate will also be included.

To make it easier, when you download folders and documents, your zip file will follow your PandaDoc’s folder structure.
