An architectural design proposal is a document that describes architectural services that one party intends to provide to another, as well as the price for them. It also includes promotional information from the sender to persuade the recipient to hire them for a specific job.
The simplest way to write an architectural proposal is to take a professionally written template from a prominent company (e.g. PandaDoc) and fill in the information relevant to the situation. Alternatively, you can take a look at the template and follow its structure to write everything yourself.
The basic format for a proposal is this:
company introduction
job description or problem analysis
services list along with their prices
company portfolio
contract.
The format can and should be changed if other sections are needed or if modifications can help deliver better results.

Architects and firms can use this architectural proposal template to set out the scope and costs of proposed works, including sketches, plans or drawings, and then track the parts your prospects are looking at.
