The Client engages the Bartender to provide bartending services for the following event:

Services provided

The Bartender agrees to provide the following services:

  • Provide bartending services for the duration of the event.

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the Client's instructions.

  • Provide all necessary bar equipment and tools.

  • Set up the bar area and clean up after the event.

  • Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations relating to the service of alcohol.

Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Bartender the following fee for the services provided:

The Client will reimburse any additional costs incurred by the Bartender (e.g., for purchasing ingredients).

Cancellation and refund policy

The Client may cancel this contract by giving written notice to the Bartender at least seven days before the event. In the event of cancellation, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made before the cancellation.

If the Bartender cannot provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), the Bartender will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement. The Client will not be entitled to a refund if a replacement is found.

Liability and insurance

The Bartender agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Client from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided by the Bartender, except to the extent caused by the Client's negligence or misconduct.

The Bartender agrees to carry liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $(Specify Amount) for the duration of the event.

Governing law

This contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (State/Country). Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local arbitration association.

Entire agreement

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Bartender. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
