Terms
Client shall pay [Sender.Company] via cash, check, or credit card in accordance with the pricing table above. The initial deposit is due upon signature of this newborn photography contract, and the final payment is due upon completion of the newborn photo shoot.
Client agrees to reimburse [Sender.Company] for any costs associated with executing this newborn photography contract, including travel and parking fees.
[Sender.Company] will make proofs from the newborn photography shoot available to the client within 7 days of completion of the photo shoot. Client will email [Sender.Company] with a full list of the desired photo prints. Photo prints will be invoiced in accordance with the pricing table on the final page of this contract, and are due upon delivery of final prints to client.
Client agrees that [Sender.Company] cannot guarantee certain poses, and is not responsible for the photo shoot being compromised by family members, doctors, nurses, or other individuals or conditions.
[Sender.Company] retains full copyright to all photographs taken during the photography shoot, but grants unlimited, non-exclusive, nontransferable rights to [Client.Company] to use or reproduce any photographs purchased as final photographs.
