Changes to the Scope of Work

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. The Plumbing Company will provide a written change order specifying any additional costs or adjustments to the schedule resulting from the changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice of (Number of Days) days if the other party breaches any material term of the Contract or if circumstances arise that make it impracticable to continue with the Services.

Warranty

The Plumbing Company guarantees that the Services will be performed with high workmanship manner and in accordance with industry standards. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Plumbing Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Services performed, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Plumbing Company.

Governing Law
