About us
(Add a paragraph about your company here. When it comes to security proposals, this is a particularly important section. Introduce yourself not as a company, but as a collection of people that share the same concerns as the person to whom you are trying to appeal as you are selling not simply security services but also a feeling of comfort and protection. You will be the last line of defense in protecting the valuables of clients and thus you should appeal to them on a personal level).
Our methods of operation
(Describe your methods of operation here. A great value-add is a narrative about your company’s principles and how you operate. Again, when writing up a security proposal, you want to appeal to the reader not as a company, but as a person because you are selling safety. Convey your values and make the reader feel warm and fuzzy about what you are offering).
Security options
(Describe the security options you offer. Here is where you get into the nitty gritty of your services. You can offer them a number of different types of security: vehicle patrol, foot patrol, video and audio monitoring, and round-the-clock response to calls. Lay out the various packages you offer as a company and describe in detail what the other party will be getting if they engage you).

FAQ
A security proposal is a document created by a security firm to inform prospects about the services that offers. It includes a detailed summary of the way they provide security services and how much these services would cost. You might benefit by creating a customized security proposal to convert prospects.
A security proposal should include details such as an overview of the security company, their modes of operation, services they offer, and a security contract which states the payment, terms, liability, termination, modification, and applicable law. End the proposal with space for signatures to accept the proposal.
The five main components of a security plan are the security policy (plan of action), prevention, detection, response, and recovery. A security plan also relies on confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and non-repudiation. You can more add components to create a multi-level security plan.
