The offer letter can be printed on letterhead, stamped, and enclosed with the company’s logo, as well as sent by encrypted email to the prospective employee.
Every statement in the file should be direct, to the point, and relevant to what the employee needs. It should outline all the benefits the Company will be willing to provide its employees in detail. Along with the compensation package, additional details should be provided, including the job description, the terms and conditions of employment, and termination information.
