This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Document.CreatedDate] by and between [Landlord.FirstName][Landlord.LastName] (herein, the "Landlord") and [Tenant.FirstName][Tenant.LastName] (herein, the "Tenant").

  1. Property: The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the following property: (insert property address).
