1. Purpose of the Agreement

3. Compensation

4.1.1 By signing this Agreement, both Parties acknowledge that they possess the necessary authority and capability to abide by their obligations.

4.1.2 Both Parties affirm that the execution of this Agreement will not violate any agreement either Party has with a third party.

4.1.3 Both Parties pledge to observe all existing legal mandates, rules, regulations, and orders when fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.

4.1.4 Both Parties guarantee and affirm that all the information disclosed herein or concerning its performance is accurate and comprehensive.

4.2 Liability

4.2.1 The Player agrees that they are responsible for any damages caused by them while participating in the Organization's soccer program.

4.2.2 The Player acknowledges that they know the risks associated with soccer.

4.2.3 The Player further agrees to hold the Organization, its coaches, and administrative staff harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

4.3.1 To achieve a peaceful and functional relationship, both Parties will work together to understand each other's perspectives during disputes and actively look for mutually beneficial compromises.

4.3.2 If the dispute escalates, it shall be under (state what the Agreement shall be construed and governed by).

4.4 Severability

4.4.1 To guarantee that a court of appropriate jurisdiction abides by this Agreement, any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be revised to satisfy the desired outcome for both Parties.

4.6 Amendment

4.6.1 To be legally binding, any amendments or revisions to this Agreement must be expressed in writing and authorized by both Parties.

4.6.2 Verbal changes will not be accepted as official.

4.7 Force Majeure

4.7.1 Should either Party is hindered from completing their contractual obligations in an unpredictable event, this shall not constitute a breach of the Agreement.

4.7.2 Force majeure can be caused by anything from divine interventions and pandemics to human-made events like armed conflicts, civil unrest, and floods.

4.7.3 In the unlikely event of an unforeseen situation, both Parties shall be freed from their contractual responsibilities for as long as these trying conditions last.

4.7.4 All Parties must return to their obligations when the unavoidable situation has been addressed.

4.8 Jurisdiction
