Fall cleanups

During November, we recommend trimming perennials and cleaning up leaves. Leaf cleanups include cleaning the leaves from the landscaping area and mulching/vacuuming the leaves from your lawn. If curbside vacuuming is required, we will charge an additional fee.

Terms for mowing

Weekly lawn maintenance includes mowing, trimming, and blowing. We will edge all concrete areas every other week. An additional charge may apply if you have not maintained your edges before our first service. Please make sure your lawn is free of clutter before our crews arrive for service.

We cannot be responsible for any personal items, including toys, garden tools, or other obstacles that mowers may run over. Please take care of dog waste before your scheduled mowing each week. The monthly bill is based on a full-season commitment. If your property requires grass bagging regularly, an extra fee will apply. Prices are quoted for a maximum of 28 mowings; a prorated cost will apply for all excess mowing.

Contract Terms

The term for this agreement is for one growing season, generally April through November. Prices quoted in the estimate are subject to change for subsequent seasons. Upon termination, neither party shall have any further obligations to the other.

Payment terms

An invoice will be sent by [Sender.Company] on the first of each month. Payment must be received within (number) days of the invoice date. If we do not receive compensation within 30 days, finance charges will accrue at the annual rate of (percentage) or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We will suspend the service if payment is 30 days or more past due. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 fee, and the customer must pay all collection costs, including attorney fees.

Cancellation

The contract can be canceled at any time by either party. However, before canceling services, you must notify our office in writing (enter number of days) days in advance. In addition, due to scheduling complications, you may not cancel your service on the same day which your property is scheduled for service.

FAQ

  • A lawn care quote provides the client with an overview of the services they have requested and the amount they must pay to the business for those services. It helps the business owner with itemizing everything needed for the job and calculating expenses.

  • A proposal is closer to a quote than an estimate, because it contains a down-to-earth breakdown of services, their costs and timelines. The term “estimate” is used for approximate costs and timelines, and is intended to give the prospective client an understanding of how much the job would require.

  • There are many ways to advertise your lawn care business. If you have a large network of friends, word-of-mouth is already something. You can buy adverts on social media like Facebook or Instagram, depending on where your target audience is. Or you can create a website and invest in SEO and content marketing to rank higher on Google and attract business that way.

  • To write a proposal, a quote, or any other document with PandaDoc, you only need to find the appropriate template (e.g. the lawn care quote template) and write the details wherever they are needed. The standard clauses and wording are already in pace.
