Payment

Reservation fee:

Modifications

Copyright and Ownership

Copyright Infringement

Usage Rights

Warranty

  1. The videographer shall try to meet all of the client's needs; however, the videographer does not guarantee (insert anything that applies, i.e., coverage of a certain event, a certain shot, etc.).

  2. The client agrees that some unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may affect video quality.

  3. The client agrees that the videographer shall have priority in getting footage over event guests.

  4. The client agrees to only hire a videographer(s) from [Videographer.Company] for this event.

  5. The videographer agrees to respect [Client.Company]'s and any other third party's copyrights and trademarks and not to disclose any confidential information.

Termination

Either party may terminate this contract for any reason provided that they notify the other party (insert method, i.e., in writing, by email, by phone) at least (number of days) days before the event.

If the client fails to pay the videographer by the deadline stated in this contract, the videographer will automatically terminate this contract by (insert method, i.e., in writing, by email, by phone).
