  • Since customers can use forms to capture a stakeholder’s email address, Forms works differently than a survey tool like Typeform. While a survey tool prioritizes how many people filled out a form over who filled it out, PandaDoc Forms collect non-anonymous, qualitative data from users.

  • This feature is available on PandaDoc Business and Enterprise plans. 250 documents per year, per account are included. You can purchase additional forms for $2 per document.

  • We plan to build a HubSpot integration and we may explore building native integrations in the future. All other integrations could become available through Zapier.

  • Absolutely. PandaDoc takes security very seriously and integrates with the top payment gateways, all of which are PCI DSS-compliant. For forms that do not request payment from the recipient, but request sensitive information such as medical history, PandaDoc has earned the necessary compliance to keep this data secure.
