  • Absolutely not. We will only charge you when you decide to use PandaDoc after you’ve completed your evaluation. Your free trial is valid for 14 days.

  • Yes! You can switch your plans whenever you like. If you upgrade, it kicks in right away with prorated charges. If you decide to downgrade, that will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • When you approach your document limit, you’ll receive notifications in your dashboard. Once you reach the limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or keep sending documents at $3.50 per document on Starter Monthly, $2 for Starter Annual, and $2.60 for Business Monthly. Your account remains active, and you can still access all existing documents and features.

  • A document sent includes any document delivered to recipients for signature, approval, or review. This covers e-signatures, contracts, proposals, and forms. Document templates, drafts, and documents shared internally don’t count toward your limit.

  • Additional documents are billed monthly/annually at $3.50 per document on Starter Monthly, $2 for Starter Annual, and $2.60 for Business Monthly. These charges appear on your next billing cycle.

  • Your dashboard includes a real-time usage tracker showing documents sent this period and remaining allowance. You’ll also receive email notifications when you approach your limit to help you plan accordingly.

  • No, unused documents don’t roll over between billing periods. Each month/year starts fresh with your full document allowance. However, annual plans give you the flexibility to use your full yearly allocation at any time during the year.

  • Yes! The PandaDoc mobile app takes the process to create, track, approve, negotiate, and eSign documents on-the-go. Just open the app on your phone or iPad and sign away!
