1.4 Express waiver of liability between the parties.

Releasor and anyone standing in Releasor's stead as a legatee irrevocably releases Releasee or anyone representing, co-forming, or working with Releasee (who shall be referred to for purposes hereof as "Released Parties") from any liability that may arise due to: (Released Claims). In turn, the Releasor waives the possibility of forming a case, claim, complaint, dispute, damages, etc., against the Releasee that may exist at this time or in the future regarding the same subject matter.

2. Compensation for Exoneration of Liability

2.1 Indication of the compensation received

In exchange for the release of liability and the impossibility of legally acting on the situation described above, the Releasee will provide the Releasor with a payment. This will be delivered through (Payment.Amount)/(Item.Description).

2.2 Express indication of Releasor compliance

In consideration of such payment, Releasor agrees to receive the same by accepting the agreement herein and in full satisfaction thereof. In addition, he/she also waives all claims with respect to such compensation now or in the future.

3. State or Jurisdiction Where the Document Will Be Valid

This release agreement is legally binding between the parties, their heirs, administrators, and any additional assigns or assignees of the fact hereof. The Releasor has the power to free any claim and has not assigned, and may not assign, any claim to a third party. If one provision herein is held invalid, it does not invalidate the remaining ones of the contract. This release is the final result of discussion by both parties and supersedes all agreements previously obtained. This document may not be modified in any way except by authorization of both of the parties on it. The terms of this release are regulated under the laws of the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
