3. Warning to the Tenant

3.1 Request for adherence to the lease agreement

For this reason, a warning is issued according to the premises found in the lease agreement signed by both parties. This warning involves the full payment of the debt before (Payment.limitDate), or else the contract will be terminated, and you’ll be asked to vacate the premises.

3.2 Further Consequences

If the tenant doesn’t pay the debt and refuses to vacate the premises, the state courts will initiate an eviction proceeding against the tenant. All costs and proceedings will be attached to the outstanding debt.

4. Laws and Jurisdiction
