A UX proposal is a document created by UX designers for clients to give those clients an overview of the problems with a client’s current interface and to provide a possible solution. A UX proposal can be created to improve the design of an app, product, or website. UX proposals are also known as design briefs.
A UX proposal should ideally have an introduction, a problem overview, a detailed description about the process of research, design, and iteration, a project timeline (with milestones), the project costs, and acceptance. UX design proposals are usually creative in their presentation.
A UX design plan is a strategy of how a customer experiences and interacts with your product/service when they come in contact with it. Having a UX design plan has many benefits, as it helps attract users, it creates an interactive experience, it improves conversation rates, and it makes your product stand out.
